Location

The property is situated approximately 300 yards south of the southwest corner of Capital of Texas Highway (Loop 360) and Las Cimas Parkway, in west Austin, Texas. Access is from Capital of Texas Highway (Loop 360). FM 2244 is 1/2 of a mile to the north. Capital of Texas Highway allows convenient access to MoPac Expressway to the south, Highway 183 to the north and Interstate 35.
